smooth sailing

Well nothing much in life things are fine going on. Have put in papers had enough of running around, need to give more time to health and family. Had enough of tensions, smoking and running around. Just near to nervous breakdown, no saturdays no sundays work work work. Saying aideu to media buying and planning career. Its painfull to leave as i worked hard my entire life to be what i am today. But i think i exhausted all the fuel to come to this level and now no fuel left to hold on.

Problems when u r not responsible for problem

It been full hectic with new year, had enough of flying continiously hopping cities, taking tension, making presentations, negotiations, pacifying the family for the loss of time, taking all the taunts from wife for not being at home when her mother visits.

Getting screwed from boss who doesnt understand what he told me to do is what i am doing, wife shouting from one end i know you are happy there so you are not comming, had enough of married to you, blah blah.

Laptop also takes its own advantage you give software runs which takes its own time in meanwhile boss ask has the report been generated and if you say you have put for run he will tell why is it taking so long, as if i am sitting inside the laptop and delaying it.

And when you come back your kids dont talk to you because you didnt bring gifts especially my son waiting for a plastic gun, poor guy you cant explain to him that in flights they dont allow toys which are in gun shape. Then you pacify him saying i will get you tommorrow.

You come to office next day and wanna submit vouchers for reimbursement, then accountant has his own process and looks like CBI officer investigating case.

You feel like kicking bucket, but you cant do as you dont have guts to do

Farewell to 2010

Well today being the last working day of the year , i defeated all agencies including lintas to wing canara bank campaign back to back, well the joy and happiness you get after defeating your competitors makes you feel yes i have done it

agreed you go through lot of tension and stress smoking all things fall apart when you see your competitor defeated. well just loved every minute of todays work and sucess as reward is something like having ice on cake, well its just small steps i am putting into this media world.

This is second time i have defeated all agencies to get canara bank, just loved it and i am still high on it

Its time to say bye to 2010 and welcome 2011 getting ready for bigger battles and milestone to be reached. Good luck

Ending this year in Good way

Well this year comes to an end, i had good time this year, with some highlighted achievements both career and health wise.
Did good billing for past 6 months, Got my confirmation letter and Doctor said my health has stabilized and nothing to be worried.
So ending in good way and hoping for the best and better to come in next year 2011

One more feather in my cap

Today is the best day, i have won the tender for allahabad bank, for suryan / redfm. There were total of 5 agencies and 3 channels big, mirchi and city going in directly but i still managed to pluck out 10 lacs business.

This takes my media buying expertise to one level further and got a good appreciation mail from my boss.

Mixed Bag

Well things are going on well zuari tvc campaign has got over now running back of payments. Well have learnt lot of things. Life is taking through mixed back unexpedly fiancial gains are keeping the moral and mood high. Things are fine no cribs.

long investment plans

well nothing much is happening in life, so i cant just keep quiet so i am planning to buy a flat well process has started i know will have to shell 50% of my salary lets see how things go. career is going good and steady no plan for any contingencies job is good company is good and boss is good.
